We are looking for a senior Oracle CPQ Consultant for an integral part of our project delivery practice. To engage on delivery tasks for current live projects, but also as a strategic hire to build and grow our client base, and to enhance our CPQ and CX offering in the UK. The right person will be able to lead activities on implementations, take responsibility for successful delivery, managing offshore and onshore consultants, and have good people management skills.

• Lead project from concept through completion through the project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule and resource targets while achieving the desired business results.
• Managing full lifecycle Oracle software implementation projects.
• Acting as SME for all project tasks and deliverables.
• Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, senior managers and executives.
• Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign‑off on status and requirements.
• Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the Programme Manager and Project Sponsors.
• Ensure project requirements are met, scope is contained, and milestones are kept.
• Conduct various reviews and sign‑off workshops.
• Mentors team members on CX product capabilities, industry leading practices, implementation and business processes.
• Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Influences sales decisions by providing options (scope/cost/time/staffing) for proposed solutions.
• Effectively influences decisions at the leadership level.

Bachelor’s Degree

• 10+ years of client facing consulting experience
• 10+ years of experience with project life cycle methodology
• 5+ years in Oracle CPQ (Big Machines) with experience in BML and BMQL
• Proven track record of leading successful CPQ projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and support, preferably in a consulting environment.
