Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Application Developer specialising in Oracle eBS, you will use your technical expertise to design, develop and support application solutions that meet client requirements. Collaboration with experienced professionals will allow you to grow while creating reports, interfaces, data conversions and enhancements using Oracle tools such as Designer, Discover, Forms, JDeveloper and Reports.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and support application solutions in Oracle eBS that meet client requirements.
  • Utilise Oracle tools to create reports, interfaces, data conversions and enhancements.
  • Re‑engineer complex application components and integrate software packages across multiple platforms.
  • Deliver high‑quality, efficient and maintainable solutions following industry best practices and Oracle eBS standards.
  • Collaborate with functional stream consultants and business users to resolve issues and facilitate communication.
  • Write data migration outcome reports and maintain strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • ETL of data from legacy Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM.
  • Data mapping, cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot data migration issues and implement corrective actions.
  • PLSQL coding for extraction, transformation, data processing and reconciliation reporting.
  • Use of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Perform reconciliation tasks to verify data integrity post‑migration.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand data structures and business rules.
  • Document data migration processes, mappings and validation steps for audit reference.
  • Proficiency in Oracle tools such as Designer, Discover, Forms, JDeveloper and Reports.
  • Experience in SaaS HCM applications.
  • Module experience across Core, Absence, Performance, Case Work, Learning and Development, Oracle Recruitment, Project Resource Deployment, Strategic Workforce Planning, ODA and Journeys (Payroll).
  • Knowledge of HCM security requirements.
  • Issue resolution and liaising between technical developers, functional stream consultants and business users.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for delivering quality deliverables.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and learn from senior team members.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Understanding of continuous integration and delivery practices.
