Job OverviewService Desk Analysts are wanted by an established Fin Tech software company.
You will be a central point of contact for technical support services, owning the coordination of responses to incidents and requests along with customer related engagement.
This Service Desk Analyst opportunity will pay an annual salary up to £35,000, Company Bonus, Pension, Private Health and lots more! The role will be based on-site in their Central London hub.
Requirements- Experience with in an I.T Service Desk environment, ideally within a similar industry.
- A keen interest in applications and systems, keeping up to date with industry news.
- An ability to work across internal functions and build productive relationships.
- Highly organised with a methodical and structured approach to work.
- Solutions focused with a practical and results driven mindset.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Enterprise service management toolset
- Remote support tools
- Windows 10-11, Microsoft Office 2016 and Office
365 - Intune application packaging and build deployments including OOBE.
- Desktop hardware and printer troubleshooting and support
- Laptop builds and upgrades
- IT networking concepts in an enterprise environment
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions and concepts
- Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Office
365 Admin suite - Scripting knowledge wanted, ideally with Power Shell (Bonus)
