• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well‑maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of designated cleaning area, determine timing of work and correctly use cleaning equipment and chemicals while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team, exercising initiative, and build positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service.
• Seek ways to continually improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
