Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Winchester team. This role suits someone ready to take the next step in their career, with the autonomy to lead exciting projects while also collaborating with our experienced project management team.

Experience with in Healthcare, Education, Defence or Maritime sectors is an advantage. Alongside project delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to develop leadership capabilities within a young, energetic team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver projects across all stages with support from our multidisciplinary business

• Build, manage and grow client relationships

• Identify strategies and solutions that maximise successful outcomes

• Spot opportunities to innovate through improved processes or technology

• Represent and raise the profile of the company within the industry and region

• Demonstrate strong leadership to colleagues, clients and delivery partners

What You’ll Need

• An entrepreneurial, inquisitive and resilient approach

• Flexibility, reliability and a proactive mindset

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude

• Ideally degree-qualified in a relevant engineering or project management discipline

• Chartered, working toward chartership or considering it (RICS, APM or CIOB)

• Strong understanding of project delivery across all RIBA stages

• Significant experience in construction consultancy project management or working closely with consultants

• Ability to lead projects and teams with autonomy, and build long-term client relationships

• Experience setting up and driving projects from inception through delivery, completion and handover

• Strong communication and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office, MS Project or similar software
