As a Senior Application Developer‑Azure Cloud Full Stack, you’ll leverage your extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovation and excellence within our organisation. • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex cloud‑native applications
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration with Azure cloud services
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies, tools, and best practices
• Contribute to the development of cloud‑native application strategies and roadmaps

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre hosted onsite at IBM Hursley on 3 December 2025.
