Salary: £19,188.00 pro rata per annum (£23,665.20 FTE)

The Volunteer Programme Administrator supports the Volunteer Programme Coordinator to help grow and manage a high‑quality volunteering programme within a dynamic, community-focused charity. The role contributes to developing pathways into volunteering and creating opportunities that build employability skills for participants. We recently secured funding from the National Lottery Heritage Innovation Fund to support these aims; the contract is fixed term to deliver an industry-leading volunteering programme through engagement, development and opportunities across local social impact initiatives.
We are open to flexible working proposals including hybrid working and flexible hours.
ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Volunteer Programme Coordinator to enable delivery of a high quality volunteering programme that engages, motivates and diversifies our volunteer pool.
Support end-to-end recruitment for volunteers and enhance their experience, with a strong focus on accuracy and GDPR compliance.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of good practice for volunteering across Hampshire Cultural Trust (HCT).
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Experience supporting volunteers through recruitment and onboarding processes.
Ability to adapt to change and work as part of a collaborative team.
Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
