Duties:

Perform a comprehensive range of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair tasks
Support and oversee daily workshop operations, providing mentorship to junior technicians
Liaise effectively with colleagues and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth workflow
Build and maintain rapport with loyal clients through excellent service delivery
Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all workshop activities
Utilise your mechanical skills to diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues efficiently

Candidate Specification:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a garage or workshop environment
Level 3 NVQ Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification
Successful track record in delivering quality repairs and servicing as a Senior Vehicle Technician
Organised, methodical, with meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Full UK driving licence is essential
MOT licence is desirable but not mandatory
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior technician role is advantageous for the position
