🍜What You’ll Be Doing as Chef De Partie:
- Prepares and presents exquisite dishes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Innovates seasonal menus that blend authenticity with creative flair.
- Demonstrates a flair for flavour, plating finesse, and calm under pressure.
- Shows commitment to consistency, cleanliness, and culinary creativity that complements Gilpin Spice’s Pan-Asian concept.
- Upholds the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
- Collaborates with the whole restaurant team and supports the senior team to enable smooth kitchen operations.

- Proven experience in a fine‑dining or high‑end kitchen environment
- A calm, focused approach and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Strong technical skills and a meticulous approach to preparation and presentation.
- Calm under pressure, with an eye for detail and consistency.

Salary: £32,500
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers.
Although variable, average levels are projected as being £351 per month.
