Key Duties- Greet guests and provide courteous, service-focused assistance.
- Help passengers with luggage while maintaining a positive experience.
- Operate shuttle vehicles on assigned routes to support on-time service.
- Follow all vehicle safety procedures and applicable DOT regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document results as required.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs and communicate issues promptly.
- Use radio and/or GPS and follow dispatch instructions for effective coordination.
- Reliable, responsible approach with a strong safety mindset.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to assist guests and handle luggage safely.
- Comfort operating shuttle vehicles and following route instructions.
- Familiarity with DOT compliance and routine vehicle inspections.
