Associate Dentist – The Avenue (Windsor, ON)

Located in a stand-alone building with two floors, The Avenue offers a bright, modern space following recent renovations. The environment is professional yet warm — a cohesive team of experienced and newer staff who work well together to provide exceptional patient care.

Position Details

Start Date: November 7, 2025 (transition period prior to departure available)
Schedule:

  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Practice at a Glance
  • Active Patients: 3,726

  • New Patients/Month: ~40

  • Operatories: 11 total (2 dedicated to Associate)

  • Hygiene Chairs: 4

  • Chair Utilization: 6–8 running daily

  • Team Support: Fully staffed with CDA, 4 hygienists, and Treatment Coordinator/Office Manager

  • Location: Stand-alone building with free parking and shared lunchroom; each doctor has a private office

  • PMS: Dentrix

  • Digital X-rays & iOS Scanner

  • Sedation:
    Nitrous available

  • Balanced billing model for CDCP patients

Clinical & Growth Opportunities

Core Clinical Scope:

  • Bread & Butter Dentistry

  • Basic Endo

  • Advanced Endo (molar retreats, calcified canals)

  • Basic Oral Surgery

  • Fixed Prosthodontics (Crown & Bridge)

  • Removable Prosthodontics

  • Implant Dentistry

  • Invisalign

Mentorship Available In:

  • Extractions

  • Implant placement & restoration

  • Orthodontics

This role is ideal for an associate who enjoys a broad clinical scope and wants the support to expand their skills in-house. With no need to build a patient base from scratch, the new associate can focus on patient care from day one.

About You
:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

• Valid CPR certification
