Job Description

  • Responsible for the engineering, design, development, validation, timing, and production release of all new Steering Systems.
  • Support the development and maintenance of chassis structures and components.
  • Drive project execution from an operational perspective.
  • Work independently or with a small team to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient use of all company resources.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • 1–4 years of experience in engineering development and production release for steering systems, suspension systems, or chassis components/systems.
  • Steering-specific experience preferred.
  • Experience with component and system design, development, and validation, including system-level bench testing and vehicle-level testing for steering systems.
