Our Windsor, ON branch is currently looking for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join their team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the estimation and project management of large contract work.
Responsibilities:
Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tenders opportunitiesCompleting pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings/specifications, developing Proposals, Securing purchase orders/contracts;Conducting site visits and liaising effectively with consultants, engineers, general contractors, site supervisors, and other trades; andCoordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crewsCoordination of design, material, labour, subcontractors, and change ordersQualifications:
Post Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering and/or a related field of study with experience in the Fire Protection industry3-5 years experience with design, installation or sales and Project Management experience in Fire ProtectionDemonstrated organizational skillsAbility to collaborate and work effectively within a teamSalary Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually
