Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage Canadian personal (T1), corporate (T2), and trust (T3) tax returns.
- Prepare and review U.S. individual and business tax returns.
- Provide tax planning and advisory support to clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely, accurate delivery of tax services.
- Oversee and mentor junior tax staff.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. tax regulations.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies for clients.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in tax accounting or public practice.
- Strong hands-on experience with T1, T2, T3, and U.S. tax returns (mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian and U.S. tax legislation.
- Proven leadership and client management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
