About the Role
Join a motivated team of students helping homeowners book free estimates for painting, staining, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning services! You'll be going door-to-door in residential neighbourhoods, talking with homeowners, and scheduling estimates at the door. No experience is required and we provide full training in communication skills, objection handling, and teamwork.

This role is outdoors. It's refreshing when the weather's nice… but January can be cold, April can be rainy, so resilience is key!

Pay & Compensation
Our marketers make $20/hour

Plus: weekly pay + bonuses

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Punctual, responsible, and reliable, as the team depends on you
• Comfortable talking to people
• Able to work a minimum of 9 hours per week (mostly evenings + weekends)
• Access to reliable transportation to different neighbourhoods

This job runs from late January through the spring/summer season. Students applying should be available at least 2+ months, with minimal extended vacation plans.
