Deliver exceptional customer service as a Seasonal Associate at Mark’s, working on-location across frontline, cashier, and customer service teams.
This entry-level position creates helpful shopping experiences by assisting customers quickly and easily. You will rotate between frontline and cashier support while contributing to store upkeep. Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the store
- Assist frontline and cashier teams during customer visits
- Restock merchandise and support seasonal changeover activities
- Complete inventory, pricing, and signing tasks
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy and enthusiasm for customer service
- Drive to succeed in daily store responsibilities
- Previous cash handling experience is an asset
- High school education or current enrollment
