Working on assigned shifts, you will provide proactive and reactive security patrols and respond to incidents. You will write reports, investigate routine incidents, and respond to coded emergencies quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills are required, as you will work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance. Physical fitness is essential, including the ability to stand and walk for long periods.

• Must possess an Ontario Security Guard License.
• First Aid & CPR – Level

• Valid G Class Ontario Driver’s License & Driver Abstract.
• Post-secondary education in law enforcement from a recognized institution or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Physical demands include excessive walking and standing.
• Patrol area on foot and vehicle as assigned, ensuring personal, building, and equipment security.
• Utilize radio and computer applications for communicating site activities.
• Watch for and report irregularities, completing incident reports for security breaches, facility hazards, and emergency situations; contact emergency responders as required.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, tact, and diplomacy.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
