Part-Time Customer Service Administrator
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are recruiting for a Part-time Customer Service Administrator to join their client who is based in Old Windsor, Berkshire, to work 14 hours a week on a remote basis with the occasional onsite requirement.
Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to be flexible with their working hours and live locally to Old Windsor.
Part-time Customer Service Administrator
Responsibilities include:
Manage finances, including transactions, accounts, budgets, and reports.
Maintain relationships with residents, address issues, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Oversee property maintenance, inspections, contractors, and vacant property management.
Organise Bi-monthly meetings, prepare minutes, and update policies and procedures.
Handle administrative tasks like paying bills, monitoring contributions, and managing health and safety matters.
Liaise with residents' next of kin, health professionals, and manage new applicant processes.
Update the website and maintain operational records.
Part-time Customer Service Administrator required skills, knowledge, and experience:
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
Strong customer service and administration skills
Organised and strong numeracy skills
Adaptable and problem- solving nature
Microsoft office proficient
Live locally to Old Windsor
The ability to work independently and be flexible with working hours
