Fidus Care is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated full-time Carer to join our growing team. You will be supporting clients in their own homes with day-to-day activities, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
We specialise in delivering high-quality care to people living with complex health conditions such as cancer, Parkinson’s, heart issues, and mobility difficulties. This is a rewarding role where you’ll truly make a difference in someone’s life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Support with mobility, medication, and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and record clients’ wellbeing and report concerns
- Work closely with family members and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain client confidentiality and dignity at all times
- Follow care plans and Fidus Care’s high standards of practice
