Commercial Finance Director

We have been retained by a newly acquired FMCG business to recruit an ambitious Commercial Finance Director to support the regional General Manager of a 250 million international business.

This PE-backed market leader operates in over 60 countries and works with key retail players internationally. This is a truly commercial role, and as FD you will support strategy, planning and forecasting as well as contract negotiation, and control trade spend and discounts. You will lead the development of strategies and initiatives to improve operating margins, cash flow, and ROCE.

The successful candidate will be either ACA or CIMA qualified and looking to progress their career to the next level. That said, you will bring 5-10 years of blue chip commercial business partnering in a fast paced international FMCG environment and bring a new pair of eyes to support the GM and the SLT.

3-4 days in the office (although at least 4 days initially).

£170k – £190k base salary commensurate with experience.
