Salary Supervisor

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Windsor Depot, SL4 4LR

• Overseeing health and safety compliance and supervising street cleaning operations
• Managing staff, ensuring policies are followed, and supporting training and development
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment, and monitoring performance standards
• Deputising for the Manager and adapting to special events or emergencies
• Liaising with admin, overseeing subcontractors, and representing the company positively

• Local area knowledge and the ability to use small machines (training provided)
• Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good timekeeping, communication, and customer service skills
• Willingness to work in all conditions and complete required training
