JOB TITLE: Marketing Executive – Beauty, Cosmetic & Personal Care.

Location: Bracknell – Hybrid – 3 days in the office 2 days at home

We’re excited to be exclusively partnering with a well‑established and highly recognised beauty, cosmetic & personal care business, home to some of the UK’s most loved brands stocked across all major retailers and grocery channels.

This opportunity would suit someone at Junior Marketing Executive or Marketing Assistant level who is looking for a hands‑on, supportive entry into the world of beauty marketing. You’ll be joining a fast‑paced, friendly team where you’ll gain exposure to trade marketing, social media, PR, and brand activity, while being supported in building your skills and confidence.

• Supporting the team with trade marketing activity across retail and grocery partners
• Assisting with in‑store promotions, activations, and point of sale materials
• Helping coordinate marketing activity for new product launches
• Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support retail campaigns
• Assisting with social media content scheduling and updates
• Supporting PR activity including product send‑outs and launch support
• Helping with basic campaign reporting and tracking
• Organising and managing marketing assets, samples, and materials
• General day‑to‑day marketing administration and support

• Previous experience in a Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant role
• Exposure to trade marketing, social media, PR or brand marketing
• Experience with in beauty, FMCG, personal care, or retail would be highly advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• A creative eye with a commercial mindset
• A proactive, positive, and team‑focused attitude
