Senior Accountant - Succession

As part of our strategic growth and succession planning, we’re seeking a Senior Accountant with the potential and drive to grow into a Partner role within our firm.

• Lead and manage client engagements across various industries
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and related reports
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering professional development
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through quality service and communication

• CPA certification (active and in good standing)
• Working knowledge of accounting related software including Caseware, Profile/Taxprep and Excel)
• Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong technical proficiency in accounting principles and tax regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Commitment to client service, continuous improvement, and team leadership
• Ambition and readiness to grow into a Partner level role within the next 2–4 years
