Lead service dispatch coordination at Black & McDonald, using scheduling expertise and customer communication onsite in Winnipeg. Support responsive, efficient service delivery daily.
As Service Coordination Supervisor, you will report to the Contract Manager within the Service Division. You will oversee work orders, technician schedules, preventive maintenance, customer requests, and dispatch systems. The position also supports purchasing, transportation, records, reporting, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead daily service coordination and dispatch activities
- Oversee service work order creation, scheduling, tracking, and completion
- Coordinate technician schedules and preventive maintenance requirements
- Address delays, conflicts, and scheduling challenges proactively
- Communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
- Three to five years of related coordination or operations experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Strong organizational, administrative, multitasking, and communication abilities
- Experience coordinating schedules, resources, work orders, and service requirements
- Supervisory, mentoring, or senior coordinator experience considered an asset
