The Detailer pre‑washes vehicles before moving them into production and cleans and details all assigned vehicles before final delivery to the customer. The role also maintains general repair facility cleanliness and collaborates with team members to achieve the facility’s KPIs.

• Cleans vehicle exterior by hand, brush or washing equipment
• Polishes, dries and cleans vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body
• Buffs, polishes and applies waxes to protect the automobile exterior
• Vacuum, shampoons, add air freshener and cleans vehicle interior (including stain removal when required)
• Maintains shop cleanliness by sweeping and daily emptying of garbage containers
• Keeps parking lot clean and organized at all times
• Power‑washes shop floor as needed to reduce dirt appearance
• Organizes vehicles in the parking lot daily (including keys, floor mats and RO signs)
• Consistently implements the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met and contributing to a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Effective verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multi‑tasking under pressure

• Frequent bending, crouching, reaching, handling tools and lifting in excess of 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license required

$17 – $18 per hour (compensatory based on skill, education, and experience)
