We’re looking for a Site Supervisor in the residential and mixed-use development industry.

Our client is an established and fast-growing real estate development firm based in Winnipeg. With multiple residential and commercial projects underway, they are seeking a hands-on and organized Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations and ensure every project reflects the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. This is a key role within a company poised for significant growth.

Site Supervisor responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple active construction projects, including single-family, multi-family, and commercial builds
  • Ensure every site meets high standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and timeliness
  • Coordinate and hold trades, suppliers, and site personnel accountable for quality, schedule, and site conduct
  • Complete accurate daily site logs and required safety documentation
  • Manage and track material orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

    Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address delays, deficiencies, or safety issues
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with the Operations Manager, trades, and suppliers
  • Step in with basic cordless tools to handle minor on-site tasks when required

    Maintain accurate documentation and assist with inspection and permit processes
  • Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism, humility, and a strong work ethic
  • The successful candidate has:

  • Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, or a related role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and hold trades accountable
  • Solid knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control
  • Possesses a basic set of cordless tools for on-site problem solving
  • A solutions-focused mindset, grounded in professionalism and teamwork
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
