We’re looking for a Site Supervisor in the residential and mixed-use development industry.
Our client is an established and fast-growing real estate development firm based in Winnipeg. With multiple residential and commercial projects underway, they are seeking a hands-on and organized Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations and ensure every project reflects the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. This is a key role within a company poised for significant growth.
Site Supervisor responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple active construction projects, including single-family, multi-family, and commercial buildsEnsure every site meets high standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and timelinessCoordinate and hold trades, suppliers, and site personnel accountable for quality, schedule, and site conductComplete accurate daily site logs and required safety documentationManage and track material orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address delays, deficiencies, or safety issuesCommunicate clearly and consistently with the Operations Manager, trades, and suppliersStep in with basic cordless tools to handle minor on-site tasks when required
Maintain accurate documentation and assist with inspection and permit processesLead by example and demonstrate professionalism, humility, and a strong work ethicThe successful candidate has:
Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, or a related roleStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneouslyExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and hold trades accountableSolid knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality controlPossesses a basic set of cordless tools for on-site problem solvingA solutions-focused mindset, grounded in professionalism and teamworkValid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicleCompensation and benefits:
