Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls and document vital information.
- Respond to any problems and follow up with the appropriate departments or field units.
- Maintain and operate a multi-line telephone console system.
- Respond to product and delivery-related inquiries.
- Direct crews and other field units to the appropriate locations using the radio, phone, or computer.
- Prioritize and categorize calls based on their importance.
- Prioritize their daily program, supervise the route and status of field units.
- Keep call logs, call records, and other vital paperwork up to date.
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is necessary.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar job is required.
- Strong understanding of emergency procedures and protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with data entry experience.
- The ability to work well under duress.

6 months - 1 year of relevant work experience - Salary: 15 per hour
