We are recruiting a Family Physician for a modern, high-demand clinic in central Winnipeg. Only one year old and already extremely busy, the clinic sees 200+ patients per week per doctor
, ensuring an immediate, full schedule with no minimum billing guarantee required
.

You’ll join a supportive environment with strong operational leadership, Clinical Assistants (IMGs), MOAs, and an on-site pharmacist—allowing you to focus fully on patient care while benefiting from a streamlined workflow.

• 75–80% of billings with strong walk-in and roster demand
• Newly built clinic with 6 consult rooms + 6 treatment rooms
• Full support team:
  Clinical Assistants, MOAs, pharmacist
• EMR, modern equipment, efficient processes
• Flexible schedule;
  no on-call
