Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical devices and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve project goals.

• Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability
• Developing project specifications and objectives
• Conducting research to inform the design and engineering process
• Analyzing and interpreting data to inform design decisions
• Collaborating with other engineers and professionals to develop and implement design solutions
• Overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 5 years of work experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, thermodynamics, and materials science
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
