As a Manager on MNP’s Valuations team, you will deliver independent and reliable analysis for a wide range of client needs. Responsibilities include fairness opinions, purchase price allocations, industry research, and engagement oversight. You will also guide professionals toward development.
Key Responsibilities:- Review cash flows and valuation models
- Research markets, industries, multiples, and transactions
- Deliver fairness opinions and purchase price allocations
- Manage budgets, WIP, billing, and collections
- Coach team members and conduct performance reviews
- Four years of professional services experience
- Financial analysis and valuations background
- Demonstrated people management capability
- Proven relationship-building and leadership skills
- Ability to travel as necessary
