Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position OverviewExperience
- Minimum of 6 months' experience scheduling staff in a large 24-hour environment.
- Experience with ESP Timekeeping preferred.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment/familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
- Completion of a high school or equivalent program of studies: formal training in applied office skills required.

Qualifications and Skills- Ability to interpret collective agreements, acts, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and negotiation skills that result in win-win outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Intermediate computer skills including keyboarding, as well as Microsoft Office skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
