Position SummaryReporting to the Executive Director, and in collaboration with the Leadership Team, the Manager on Site (MOS) oversees the operations of Klinic during the evening and weekend operating hours, delivering client‑centered care, effective administration, and operational readiness.
Responsibilities- Respond to facility‑based incidents, including leading emergency procedures such as fire response and deescalation.
- Support Code Procedures (Medical Code 25/Code Blue), including post‑incident debriefing.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the facility, supporting staff and addressing incidents or client concerns.
- Assist in facility and program operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Post‑secondary degree in a relevant health or social services discipline required; BSW/MSW/BA/MA/RPN preferred.
- Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention/Deescalation training required.
- 2 years’ experience in healthcare administration preferred.
- Coursework or training in privacy legislation is an asset.
- Knowledge of ACCURO/EMR preferred.
- 3–5 years’ experience in crisis intervention/crisis management.
- Experience in a mandatory reporting environment (child welfare, hospitals, community health, etc.).
- Knowledge of front desk operations and clinical skills for managing distress.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide technological support across various networks.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication; experience writing reports or procedures.
- Knowledge of PHIA and relevant legislation.
- Interpersonal skills that foster effective relationships internally and with external agencies.
- Consultative and conflict‑management skills.
- Initiative, problem‑solving, organization, and multi‑tasking abilities.
- Discretion in handling sensitive confidential matters.
- Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and records management systems.
- Must obtain and maintain clear Criminal Record Check and Abuse Registry checks.
Hourly Salary: $40.00 to $45.00
Hours of Work: Evenings and Weekends
