Our client requires a SAP ABAP Developer for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient solutions within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), with a focus on ABAP Cloud development. This includes supporting the organization’s digital transformation initiatives by delivering high-quality, cloud- ready applications that align with business requirements and SAP best practices. Resource will collaborate closely with functional teams, business analysts, and other technical staff to ensure seamless integration, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP systems.
Ability to pass criminal record check is required. Enhanced background check may be required for certain projects.
Work is onsite or remote (preference for resources available to be onsite).

Mandatory Requirements
Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS).Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, and other SAP modules.Proficiency in ABAP, RAP, and CDS views.Experience with SAP BTP, CAP, SAP Fiori/UI5 and SAP Business Application Studio.Strong understanding of SAP CPI, APIs (REST, SOAP), IDocs.Experience with Git, gCTS, transport management, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud ALM.Skills in building CDS analytical views, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and using embedded analytics in S/4
HANA.Minimum 5 years in similar role.A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.Excellent problem-solving skills/troubleshoot with keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills with ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams: build and maintain positive relationships with co-workers, direct reports, and stakeholders.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Experience working in a public sector environment.Desirable Requirements
Experience working on large ERP programsExperience working with large System Integrator teamsFamiliarity with Project Management methodologies, particularly Hybrid AgileExperience converting from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANAFamiliarity with SAP implementation methodology
