Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Success Factors Learning Lead to join our HR Technology practice. This is a leadership role for professionals passionate about transforming learning strategies through technology, delivering high-impact SAP Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS) solutions, and guiding clients through complex HR transformations. As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Success Factors Learning implementations, lead client engagements, and mentor junior consultants.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, and is committed to driving measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities Client Delivery & Solution Leadership
  • Partner with clients to define learning strategies and translate them into scalable SAP Success Factors Learning solutions.
  • Lead configuration, deployment, and optimization of the Learning module, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Advise on best practices for LMS governance, compliance, and integration with other HR systems and third-party applications.
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and stakeholder presentations to secure buy-in and guide decision-making.
Project Management & Execution
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure quality assurance, adherence to timelines, and budget compliance.
  • Drive change management and user adoption strategies, including training and communication plans.
Thought Leadership & Team Development
  • Act as a subject matter expert on SAP Success Factors Learning and related HR technologies.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Contribute to practice development, including creating accelerators, templates, and thought leadership content.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in SAP Success Factors implementation, with deep expertise in Learning Management System (LMS).
  • SAP Success Factors certification in Learning (additional modules like Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of learning processes, compliance requirements, and HR technology ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in consulting environments, managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SAP BTP, CPI, or other integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure Dev Ops.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools for learning effectiveness measurement.
  • Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
