Service Technician II – Winnipeg

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.
• Provide first‑line response to customers, triage issues, and resolve problems before escalation.
• Attend virtual and hands‑on classroom training to accelerate skill development.
• Collaborate with teachers, mentors, and coaches to broaden technical capabilities.

• Local candidate to the Winnipeg area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic PC, electronic, and operating system skills.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with daily driving up to several hours.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Capacity to carry, lift, and manipulate tools, parts, and equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Physical capability for bending, squatting, walking, standing, and repetitive hand work.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications.
• One or more years of related experience.

Salary range: $40,800.00 – $59,200.00 (based on experience).
