Position Overview Experience- Three (3) years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and other related equipment and systems.
- Grade XII or equivalent.
- The minimum of a valid and subsisting certificate of proficiency as a Third-Class Power Engineer, in accordance with the regulations of the Power Engineers' Act of Manitoba (Department of Labour) or equivalent.

Qualifications and Skills- General knowledge of HVAC principles.
- Ability to understand and follow manuals, schematic diagrams, etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Willingness to adhere to safety principles.
- Physically able to carry and transport tools and equipment on ladders and platforms up to 34 kgs; ability to handle heavier loads with the assistance of wheeled carts and other devices.
