Position: Facility Maintenance Technician Role

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, ensuring day-to-day upkeep and smooth operation of the facility. You will handle various repairs and maintenance tasks to enhance workplace efficiency.

In this role, you'll perform essential maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, carpentry tasks, and minor plumbing work. You'll also inspect the facility for malfunctions and conduct repairs, ensuring safety and functionality in our environment. This position requires physical ability and strong communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance on facility equipment

• Inspect and repair interior walls and plumbing systems

• Assist with window and door repairs as needed

• Complete ad-hoc duties including mounting fixtures

• Conduct routine inspections to identify malfunctions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Valid Driver’s license with a clean record

• Comfortable with heavy lifting and extensive walking
