Guide UAP Distribution Center performance through budget development, carrier negotiations, labor agreements, and bilingual operational leadership.
The Distribution Center Operations Manager monitors performance and reporting while controlling expenses, FTE, gross margins, and service levels. This position manages collective agreement implementation, supports CRT and CSST committees, and negotiates with carriers. Membership in the regional management committee is included.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop budgets and monitor operational performance
- Negotiate and manage collective agreements
- Hold CRT and CSST committee meetings
- Negotiate with carriers for Distribution Center needs
- Participate in the regional management committee
- Five years managing Distribution Center operations
- Financial statement understanding and budgeting experience
- Success managing gross profits
- Excellent MS Office and WMS computer skills
- Fluency in French and English
