As Director, you will manage multiple accounts alongside the Vice President while delivering research projects smoothly. You will primarily lead quantitative shopper research, turning complex findings into clear reports, presentations, and business solutions. The role also includes mentoring researchers and leading training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support oversight of multiple client accounts and projects
- Transform complex data into compelling narratives
- Apply advanced analytics to produce actionable insights
- Manage onsite field operations across North America
- Mentor team members and lead research training
- Substantial market research industry experience
- Proven leadership guiding teams through high pressure situations
- Advanced analytics and actionable business solutions expertise
- Quantitative research experience, including online studies
- Exceptional communication with senior level clients
