Supervise healthcare cleaning services at Prairie Mountain Health’s Erickson Health Centre, combining leadership with housekeeping and laundry expertise. The schedule is days.
This Supervisor, Environmental Services position serves as the department’s first contact and operational coordinator. Working on a multidisciplinary team, you will organize daily services, support staffing procedures, and help maintain professional and facility standards. Staff development and team building are also central responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply staffing procedures and mitigate departmental vacancies
- Support vacation, overtime, and recognized holiday administration
- Organize staff meetings and provide required reports
- Support performance appraisal and attendance programs
- Improve operations through policies, procedures, and service recommendations
- Three relevant housekeeping or laundry experience years within five years
- Completed relevant leadership or supervision certificate-based education
- Demonstrated leadership, managerial, organizational, and independent work abilities
- Problem solving, decision making, flexibility, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and positive working relationships
