Regional Facilities Management Manager

Lead regional facilities management for Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority, overseeing Facility Managers and preventative maintenance across health-care sites.

Reporting to the Regional Director, Capital Planning & Facilities Management, this manager oversees Facility Managers throughout the region. The work covers maintenance programs, service contracts, property management, asset management, energy management, and operating budget development. The position follows organizational policies, procedures, legislation, and the Authority’s mission, goals, and objectives.

• Oversee Facility Managers across Interlake-Eastern health-care sites
• Ensure effective preventative maintenance programs for systems and equipment
• Assist with department operating budget development
• Manage facilities service contracts, property, assets, and energy
• Operate according to policies, procedures, legislation, and objectives

• Grade 12 education and three to five years’ relevant experience
• Property or engineering management experience in health care
• Management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Microsoft Office and computerized environment proficiency
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license
