Lead counselling program direction and supervision across southern Manitoba through strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and business administration knowledge. Work collaboratively with the Clinical Director.
As Program Director, you oversee Recovery of Hope Counselling programs while supporting the Board’s established vision and mission. This position requires substantial program management experience, management or supervision experience, and knowledge of finances and marketing. Understanding clinical processes related to professional counselling services is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the Recovery of Hope Counselling program
- Supervise program activities and operations
- Work with the Clinical Director across southern Manitoba
- Oversee counselling programs in southern Manitoba
- Related post-secondary education or relevant experience
- Five years of previous program management experience
- Two years of management or supervision experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Preferred understanding of professional counselling clinical processes
