This Director of Facilities Operations provides senior oversight across a portfolio of three buildings. You will guide business leaders and building operations teams on maintenance, security, vendors, and operational performance. The mandate includes developing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, strengthening consistency, accountability, and cost effectiveness, and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee facilities operations across three buildings
- Develop strategies, priorities, and performance expectations
- Guide preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Lead security operations, policies, and emergency practices
- Oversee vendors, contractors, budgets, and service agreements
- Degree or diploma in facilities, engineering, business, or related discipline
- Significant facilities management or building operations leadership experience
- Strategic oversight experience across multiple buildings
- Understanding of building systems and maintenance management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
