Production Technician - CFS

• Operate machines to shape and clean lenses.
• Insert lenses into matching frames.
• Inspect the final product to ensure quality standards are met.
• Cross‑train across coating, finishing and surfacing areas to support flexible production.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum three (3) months of experience in a similar position.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail, precision and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and meet measurable standards in a dynamic production environment.
• Manual dexterity and depth perception.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with upper and lower extremities.
• Must be able to regularly lift 10 pounds.

• Experience in the optical or medical device manufacturing industry.
