Under direct supervision, performs routine activities including preparing job sites, ensuring safety conditions, transporting materials, using power tools and equipment, building temporary structures, and collaborating with other plant workers.

• Clean and lubricate equipment, keep manufacturing area free from debris, ready or put away tools.
• Follow directions to operate machinery, supply routine materials and tools, load/unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Perform routine property care activities.
• Perform any non-technical routine tasks at the plant.
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products.
• Report issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Typically possesses a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.

The pay range for this position is $15.77 - $26.83. A competitive wage for new hires typically falls between $16.00 and $21.30. Offers may vary based on market data and factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
