Position Summary

As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, this position ensures buses adhere to our Internal Quality Control System.

Responsibilities

• Identify quality and process gaps and non-conformance issues
• Perform in-process inspection of production, fabricated, and purchased materials
• Conduct final inspections of buses for delivery, investigate, and communicate non-conformance issues internally and externally, and find resolutions

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision testing and measuring instruments
• Experience with quality systems to drive improvements
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Understanding of bill of materials related to product completion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with Oracle database system and NDT certification are assets
• Ability to work rotating shifts
