• Understand the lifecycle of seed development from planting to harvest.
• Develop skills in teamwork, communication, and agricultural problem‑solving.
• Build confidence in applying knowledge to real‑world agricultural challenges.
• Complete agronomic notes with accuracy and precision.
• Actively follow safety procedures, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Local travel (20% or more) may be required.

• A high school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Demonstrate initiative and take pride in work.
• Adapt to outdoor, hands‑on tasks in varying conditions.
• Stoop, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Detail‑driven, reliable, and safety‑conscious approach.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
• Post‑secondary education in agriculture is an asset but not required.
