Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct for staff.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations.
- Maintain adequate stock through efficient inventory management.
- Take inventory as scheduled and provide inventory reports.
- Increase sales, expand markets, and promote business to meet goals.
- Verify invoices against packaging slips and track all expenditures.
- Ensure merchandise is presented neatly and items are correctly priced.
- Make sound business decisions for large volume purchases.
- Provide management with required sales, staff, and productivity reports.
- Hold staff accountable for cash box deficits.
- Balance sales, print and record receipts and track daily revenue.
- Make daily bank deposits and reconcile statements.
- Coordinate ordering and receiving of cannabis and accessories.
- Supervise all staff and coordinate work to ensure productive operations.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must have Smart Choices Cannabis Retail Certification.
- Must have a clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date.
- Minimum of 3-6+ years work experience in the retail industry.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a retail environment.
- Proven excellent customer service skills.
- Management experience preferred.
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train and motivate staff.
- Skills to monitor and assess staff performance.
- Ability to work any shift based on business needs, Monday to Sunday.
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends and different locations.
- Basic office administration skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
- Highly effective teamwork skills.
- Able to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Politically and culturally sensitive.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to sales software quickly.
- Experience implementing PR and advertising campaigns.
- Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude.
- Meticulous records maintenance skills.
