• Patrolling assigned areas on foot to ensure security of people, buildings, and equipment.
• Reporting breaches, hazards, and emergencies; coordinating with emergency responders.
• Using two-way radios and computer systems for communication and record-keeping.
• Providing assistance and excellent customer service.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to conduct patrols independently and remain calm in emergencies.
• Effective communication skills for writing reports and interacting with personnel.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, handling difficult behaviors, and safety codes.
• Good interpersonal skills and professionalism, with discretion for confidential information.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform moderate physical activity like extended walking or standing.

• Valid Security Guard License.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Strong customer service capabilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including afternoons, nights, and weekends.
