As a Tactical Security Guard in a Government setting, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments, de-escalating situations and ensuring specific onsite instructions and protocols are followed.

• Prepare and submit detailed Daily Reports and Incident Reports.
• Document all activities and report any anomalies immediately.
• Respond to fire, medical, and security emergencies.
• Follow specific on‑site instructions and undergo regular training.
• Adapt to unique site‑specific security requirements.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using security technology.
• Physical fitness and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license.
• First aid certification an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk entire shift.
• Fluent in English, both written and orally.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Pass RAIC and Fingerprint clearances.
• 95 Mask Fitting Training.
